This website is brought to you by the Cameron House Owners’ Club and the Loch Lomond Resort Owners’ Club (we, our or us).  We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  We appoint  Cameron House Lodges Ltd (Cameron Lodges) with registered office at 3rd Floor 63 St. James's Street, London, England, SW1A 1LY and registered number 09831288 (we, our or us) to manage both this website and our timeshare business on our behalf.

We act in partnership with Cameron House Lodges Limited.  Cameron Lodges forms part of the Cameron House Resort (the ‘Resort’) which includes facilities at the Lodges and facilities at the Cameron House Hotel and Cameron Club & Spa (formerly The Carrick Estate).  Your data is collected by Cameron Lodges and will be used by us in accordance with this privacy policy in connection with the Lodges and the Resort.

This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.  Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
